By making any purchases through the Chatoo app, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refunds:
No Refunds
All sales made through the Chatoo app are final. Due to the nature of digital services and content, no refunds will be provided for any purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, in-app purchases, premium features, subscriptions, or other paid content and services.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Once a purchase is completed within the Chatoo app, it cannot be canceled or reversed. No refunds or credits will be issued for:
Accidental or unintended purchases
Unused time or features within a subscription period
Dissatisfaction with the service or content
Technical issues not caused directly by the App
Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Google Play account. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the billing period ends.
Note: Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund for the remaining time in the cycle.
Technical Issues
If you encounter technical problems that prevent access to purchased content or services, please reach out to our support team at funappfu22@gmail.com. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will investigate and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of Chatoo after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
