Terms and Conditions for Chatoo

 

1. Definitions

The term "App" refers to Chatoo, an Android chat application developed by Entertaiment22. A "User" is any individual who installs, accesses, or uses the Chatoo App. The term "Content" refers to messages, media, or any data shared via the App.

2. User Content and Messaging

Users are responsible for the content they send or receive through Chatoo. Chatoo does not actively monitor private chats, but reserves the right to investigate reported abuse. Users agree not to use the App for illegal activities, harassment, or any form of abuse.

3. Privacy and Data

Chatoo collects and uses data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, users consent to the collection, storage, and use of their data for service improvement and security. Sensitive user data is protected with industry-standard encryption and will not be shared without user consent unless required by law.

4. In-App Purchases (if applicable)

If Chatoo includes premium features or in-app purchases, users agree to pay applicable charges via the method linked to their account. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws when using Chatoo. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Spamming or unsolicited messaging

• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive language

• Sharing illegal, harmful, or obscene content

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and intellectual property within Chatoo are owned by the developer. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use Chatoo. Users use the App at their own risk.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted within the App. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law
